[Possible Bug] PA.c Updater on Wifi

I was trying to update on a Windows Vista (Admin) laptop via lightening fast Wifi and I get [ Send Request ] errors.

It does work fine on XP+ but with a land connection (what's the word?).

That was the first time I tried updating via wifi, so I don't know if it is only that connection or all wifi connections.

It was sorta a one-time thing, so I don't think I'll be able to use that same laptop+internet connection again.

Bad Connection

The updater can handle as fast as you can dish it out. But a Send Request issue means there was a connection issue (probably some packet loss).

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

again and again

I tried it four times and each time it didn't work. Does this mean that no wifi connection will work with the updater or was this just a fluke?

Perfect Here

It works perfectly fine over wifi and direct connection. As it does in hundreds of other locations. A connection is a connection is a connection. No piece of software cares at all whether it is direct, cable, dsl, wifi somewhere, 3g, etc. Wifi vs wired doesn't matter. Unless it's a crappy connection (it may be fast but have high packet loss) or has other proxy stuff involved.

try it on a different wifi

try it on a different wifi connection. It works fine here. I know of one router that always hated my laptop.

Too many tables you can't turn
Don't wanna live my life in the real world
