Eclipse Helios 3.6.1 + Java SE JDK 1.6.0_22 (latests)

Application: Eclipse Helios 3.6.1 + Java SE JDK 1.6.0_22
Category: Development
Description: The famous Eclipse IDE. Check out the www.eclipse.org page for more details. This portable app is just a simple adaptation from the original Eclipse distribution that enables you to run your Eclipse IDE on any Windows system that you would like. (I've tested it on Windows XP, Vista, 2008, and 7)
This App contains a copy of the JDK 1.6.0_22, making the Eclipse portable even on machines without the JRE or JDK, and most of all, you are able to guarantee that you always work with the same JDK version.

Use the default "..\workspace" to save your workspace on your own portable drive.

This App also adds a shortcut to the command line. This not only presents you the command line but configures the command line environment. This enables you to run your favorite applications from the command line, without having to configure the host environment! And best of all, you can configure it to your needs!
(This feature requires that the drive letter "V:" should always be available on the host machine.)

Download Eclipse 3.6.1 + JDK1.6.0_22 [257MB download / 470MB installed]
(MD5: 74d87eeb1e6c44131839fbe285e995a7)

Release Notes:

Development Test 1 (2010-12-14):

Development Test 1 (2010-12-14): Initial release

[Link removed, you can't just redistribute the JDK like that; likewise, there is already a test Eclipse Portable which is in PAF, this isn't - mod Chris]

Sorry about the inconvinience

I'm sorry about the inconvinience...

Be a little bit more constructive and tell me how to re-distribute the JDK, if you know it.

Also, do you think it would be positive to re-post a new solution(this time with a re-distributable JDK)?

"From a legal standpoint, the JDK is redistributable (Sun's JDK that is). You can even subset the JDK and redistribute parts, according to rules that are included with the JDK README file (all subsets have to include the JRE)."

Well, how about checking out the Eclipse Portable that was already created? https://portableapps.com/node/22236
