Hi,
I've been using Konkuri (http://www.konkuri.com/) for a while and it's an easy and fast way to manage little tournaments of almost everything you can play with your friends, from Karate or Basketball to Call of Duty or PES. So I wonder if anyone can make a portable app for this, so you can take it with you everywhere and have fun without concerning for planning and managing the competition.

It's a web-based application, it doesn't get much more portable than that!
Is there some kind of supporting app that you can download? If not, I don't see what can be portabilized. You can't (easily) just take something that you use in your browser and turn it into a desktop app.

Or do you want to have this offline?
This wouldn't be easy because this would be the development of a totaly new clone of this project.
