on the right side of the current portable apps platform, theres a list of folders:
-documents
-music
-videos
-pictures
(not in that order XD)
i was wondering if it were possible for the platform to have the ability of allowing the user to add folders to that list.
like lets say the user has a folder on there drive called "stuff", the person could change the menu of folders to include a link to "stuff"

Adding custom folders too the list will probably never be supported as it would break the layout but plans for the future include the ability to rename them and probably change their location too.

I've been thinking that the current layout is eventually going to be obsolete due to the static nature and space limitations. At some point, someone will create a version that has a lot more built-in flexibility. For now, though, we are fully dependent on the official menu's layout.
I made this half-pony, half-monkey monster to please you.
You'll be able to customize each of the 4 including the icon, title and target but we won't be adding in the ability to add additional icons just yet.

moving the folders would be nice. Renaming would be ok, but adding new ones would be perfect. Can't see a problem regarding the layout. There is enough space and if not it would be possible to add subpage like the w7 start window or similar.
