have not one dev on PA interesing to make it portable?
is very simple tool and good alternative to Teamviewer when this have problem with any firewall.
since this is all not open source and the one has to have explicit permission from authors to do anything with it. One can not just go and repack everything available for download somewhere.
The teamviewer is done by the authors themselves, so no legal problems.
There are many similar solutions, they all use essentially open ports for communication and a relay server for 'twisting' the communication ports.
