Works fine for me, although I did not perform a regshot.

I have no idea what exactly it would be used for, but here's my report.
In AppInfo.ini you can go ahead and just remove the SpecialPaths and Dependencies sections since they aren't be used.
Other than that it seems to be working perfectly. I don't see any files nor registry entries lying behind.

to be honest, I don't know what this is either
Though I don't need a hex editor often these days, this one works fine. Regshot was clean (WinXP SP3, admin).
