Are you sure they're there after you exit? They're used while it's running and should exist while it is running, but on exit that launcher saves them back to your portable drive.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Yes this entries stay in the registry after I exit the program. But I don`t, if it`s important, where I install spybot. In my case I don`t install the program at a portable drive. I have 2 hard disk drives (C and D) at my machine. At the drive D I have created a folder called "portable_Programme" (german). In this folder (D:\portable_Programme) I installed the "Platform Only". Then I install spybot in the PortableApps.com Menu in the usual way with click Options and then Install a New App.
Have you ever had Spybot installed to your computer before? Could it be possible those were leftover from a previous installation.
I also have think about this possibility. Actually I have download from a illegal Website a allegedly portable version of spybot. I now suppose, that this 2 entries in my registry originated throug this bad installation. Is there now danger, if I delete this both entries in my registry? For my own security I have both registry keys exported and additionally I create a backup of my complete registry. Would you advise me to delete this 2 entries?
It's always advised to create a backup before manually making changes to your registry. Since you've already done this, you should be safe to delete these entries from your registry (be careful to delete only those entries).
Once you have done this, could you then check again to see if those keys are left over from our Spybot Portable?
De facto was the previous bad portable installation the reason for the entries in my registry. With your portable version now I only see this entries in case of the running program. After I exit the program, there no entries left. At this point again big thank to you for your profound help to solve my problem.
Most of the illegal sites offering up apps aren't fully portable. Most never even test their apps before releasing. Some have nastyware hidden in them as well.

In the course of time I more and more find out, that the quality of the software of the illegal websites is very BAD. Actually I get some hidden nastyware (mostly virus), which was contained in the "portable software". Obviously have the people, which create such bad portable versions of software, a little knowledge.
By the way I also find out the same problem of the portable version from your website how you. Only in the case, if I install spybot in the PortableApps.com Menu, I can permanent alter the default language english. In the case of installation NOT in the PortableApps.com Menu it`s inpossible to switch the language.
