SkypePortable 4.x - where?

The new Skype 5 is a hideous beast with one of the most awkward GUIs i have come across.

How can i get the portable version of 4 again?

Ask nicely and hope that the link in this thread is still working.

Skype the application, nor the launcher aren't open source so they can't be hosted on Sourceforge.
