I have it installed in my usb drive, my os is win7x64HPE. software running at the monet is antivirus, and other ordinary apps, like mouse (logitech), printer software, bluetooth, nothin else. When i stat the K3d app the ap doesnt start and the error pops sying "caught unknown exceptin".

This is the only other instance of this bug I could find, and they couldn't reproduce it.
I don't suppose you'd be willing to install the base application to see if you still get the error (though I'm pretty sure you would)?
i executed the portableapp in xp based pc with limited account and it worked fine. i dont understand why it doesnt work here. I also installed the base app and the same error occured
Well, good that it's not a portableapps issue. You might want to post this on their bug tracker.
