It used to work because I always referenced it to make sure I was using the right sync procedure. When I click the help button in the setting tab now its dead - nothing comes up.
If someone could post the definitions of the different sync options up here I would appreciate.

It won't come up if your system if it is misconfigured and has no default browser to open .html files setup. Just manually open the file using your favorite browser. It is in Toucan\App\Toucan\Help, the file is index.html.
