Glad to see that it's official now. Thanks for making it. Smile

Edit: Shouldn't RevoUninstaller\Other\Source\AppNamePortable.ini be named RevoUninstallerPortable.ini
Note: it also says AppNamePortable inside AppNamePortable.ini, aswell as in Readme.txt. Also in the Source folder, the launcher source .nsi file is missing.

Oh and PortableApps.com/RevoUninstallerPortable is referenced, but it is 404 File Not Found.

In the readme, it instructs you how to use the AppNamePortable.ini including renaming it. The section [AppNamePortable] is actually irrelevant to the PA.c Launcher and unused. We leave it like that for many apps used by the PA.c Launcher. It's never been intended to be copied and used directly, merely to serve as an example.

The shortcut URL has been added.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

A number of the Apps I have on my FlashDrive have App Specific AppNamePortable.ini files (e.g. FirefoxPortable.ini) and since not all Apps use all of the generic AppNamePortable.ini entries and some have their own added for the specific app, I kind of figured it was best practice to customize it from app to app making sure that it contained everything the launcher might look at (preset to the defaults the launcher uses if there is no .ini file), and not contain anything the launcher would ignore.

A lot of the Apps on here have shortcut URL's in their SplashScreens, and set for their "homepage" and "website" variables in the launchers and .INIs, but still point to 404's (e.g. Private Browsing)

I'm confident that P.Apps don't leave private data behind but does it leave anything behind? (files, folders or reg) ?

Sometimes making love is just not enough, you have to step it up!

As with any uninstaller product attempting to clean up after badly uninstalled apps, results will vary.

This is a good program, glad it is here now.

That other app called "IO" something, there is another app on their website that would be awesome to be portable (I did the copy directory and uninstall using revo).

Cheers
