Description: I'm posting Geany Portable 0.20 Prerelease 3 for your review. You can view the changelog, which I hope you will agree justifies a public vetting period. My intent is to release this as the final version in about a week, provided no issues are reported. If you have issues, post them in the comments please. This should be the final prerelease.

Geany Plugins Portable 0.20 is forthcoming
Release Notes:
- From Prerelease 2: fix syntax highlighting and file opening issues.
- From Prerelease 1: Update the installer file so it doesn't fail if no previous version was detected.
- The
gtkrc
resource file is now considered user data, and as such is now moved back and forth intoGeanyPortable\Data\
. This means that the user gtk settings will no longer be lost every upgrade. - Geany has its own data folder with
Program Files\Geany
. The Geany Project considers this "system" information. Its only contents is filetypes.common. I am now also considering it system information, which means it is not moved back and forth toGeanyPortable\Data\
. - Geany Portable is now using the more of less standard method of GTK delivery. This means that some data needs to be moved, and the installer has been configured to handle these changes. Upgrading from anything previous to 0.20.0.0 will trigger these changes.li>
Its on prerelease 2 because I did Prerelease 1 on the Geany Portable blog, and I before I posted it here, I had an issue submitted. Its fixed now, and that's why we're on Prerelease 2.
