Evernote Portable will be cool
In case it doesn't work out (I really hope it works out, but just in case) perhaps we could look into making Nevernote Portable.
Note: I am a strong believer in having multiple choices available.
[Edit: Looks more difficult than I originally thought, but I'll look into it a little more to see how easy/difficult it will be]

I know there's an Evernote U3 Application (for U3 thumb drives) so I know it's possible. Now it's just a matter of licensing and packaging, right?
The U3 version of Evernote was discontinued a while back which makes sense as U3 is long-dead.
