Hi, I use the markup tool a lot in my PDFs but is there a way for me to save it and not be able to have others edit/remove the markup after i save it as a new file?

We don't make or support Foxit Reader - we only deal with Foxit Reader Portable. You'd do better to ask Foxit.

I don't think there is a way. Foxit Reader, is meant to just be a reader for pdf's, it just has the extra functionality of adding markup/comments/annotations.
If you ask Foxit, they will probably tell you that to get that level of functionality you will have to use Foxit PDF Editor, which is a paid tool (US$99 unless you are looking for bulk user licenses). It can however be used for free as an evaluation, but every page you modify will be watermarked, so if that isn't a problem for you that could be the way to go.
