Hey there I have programs on separate drives, one is old using the 1_6 platform one is the newer platform, so when I update to a new version of the programs on the 1_6 platform, will the programs become incompatible at some point ? I mean is there something on each programs page that says whether it only works with platform 2 or 1.6 anything like this I should be aware of ?

I think downward compatability is kept, especially as 1.6.1 is still the official stable release.
