Edit

You can edit the file LibreOfficePortable.ini within LibreOfficePortable\App\AppInfo\Launcher and at the end delete the like [FileWrite7] and the 4 lines after that. This option should not be used on flash drives or slower portable hard drives as it will slow down the whole app.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Performance :-)

John, I would just like to add that LOP3.3.2 is a tremendous improvement in performance speed when using toolbars. I had started a thread when LOP3.3.0 was released and how slow toolbars were to respond. Disabling tool tips did help to some degree, but this v3.3.2 is speedy. I see no difference in performance whether tool tips is checked or not - this is great! I understand some people may still have issues in performance on slower devices, but for me I am happy. OpenOffice portable has now been removed from my flash drive. I'd like to give a big thanks to the Document foundation and PortableApps for a great job!

that fixed it

Good deal, that fixed it. I don't detect any slow down. Maybe that's only with "Extended tips" enabled?
