LibreOffice Language Issue?

I install LibreOffice Portable 3.3.2 set language to "Chinese(Simplified)"
Install complete
But I found the program interface is Chinese, but dialog language is English(e.g. click "Tools -> Options" pop up the dialog box's language is English)
Is LibreOffice Portable Language issue or I set up is wrong?

Set Yourself

Unfortunately, we can't properly set the language for everything in LibreOffice on install, so users will have to. We set the program language to make this easier.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

LibreOffice Documentation

LibreOffice Getting Started GuideIf the Options dialog is not already open, click Tools → Options ... In the Options dialog, click Language Settings → Languages.

See the LibreOffice Getting Started guide Chapter 2: Setting Up LibreOffice pages 23-24 under "Change locale and language settings"

New discovery

I have a new discovery.
If I start LibreOffice Portable from StartPortableApps.exe, this issue also occur, set language is no working for me.
But start it from PortableApps\LibreOfficePortable (like LibreOfficePortable.exe), it work normal for me, set language can work for me.
Even though start LibreOffice Portable from LibreOfficePortable.exe and it show language normal, but if I run StartPortableApps.exe anytime, LibreOffice "Language Settings -> Languages -> User interface" change to "English"
How to set StartPortableApps.exe to don't change my configuration?

At the moment it is not

At the moment it is not possible to have auto language switching apps choose another language than that of the platform without editing the Launcher.ini. John said once, that there would be an option with the next platform update to override automatic language switching.
So you are out of luck until then, or you have to comment out the affecting section in App\AppInfo\Launcher\LibreOfficePortable.ini. But for that, John has to give a hint, which lines are responsible.

Turn It Off

You can turn it off in the platform. There's no option in the interface for it at the moment (but there will be in a week). Until then, it's an advanced option you can turn off manually:
