So every time I plug my iPod on the computer it automatically backs the iPod, it also gives you the choice to cancel it. Do you guys think it will work on the platform?

Personally, I think it would be annoying.
Just like I am annoyed with my iPhone trying to synch with other PC when I only wanted is to charge it.
Having backup be more automated, or at least have reminders, is on the list as a feature we will add. It would be smart about it and not prompt you when you're out and about at other PCs, too.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
