Iron don´t save password´s on usb stick.(I think on the hard drive)

Did you actually read the topic two steps below (at time of writing)?
It covers your exact problem - it simply does not work with the 10.0.650.1 release and was corrected in the 11.0.700.2 release.
The new version was released 6 hours ago.

How and where can i delete the passwords on the hard disk?
The passwords were always kept within Iron Portable, they were just locked to a specific PC due to the way it handles encryption so they'd only work on that PC and disappear when you moved to a new one. Iron/Chrome aren't entirely full apps and rely on the local PC to handle encryption/decryption, proxies, etc. We worked around this by decrypting and re-encrypting the passwords via our launcher so they'll work as you move PCs and stay secure on your flash drive.
