hi all, i was just wondering if it is possible to create the same network thing as ironkey has but on a much lower scale, i.e. having to use your usb flash drive to gain access to a website or data base, then being able to have admin flash, and urser flashes, i find what they have done very intresting, and would like to try and make a basic one for fun.

but ironkey is a product which is based on hardware function and not software. So all is possible to create, but if you have factory for silikon chips, design engineers to do custom firmware for controller chips, well yes all can be done.
If you ask for software solution to run on all flash sticks, then I would say no.

yeh maybe i thought it would be possible for sumthing to call a file sum way that is stored on the flash drive for access?
since software solutions can by bypassed unless you encrypt the file and decrypt it, in such case you can use 7-zip, toucan or similar
