If you mean what's left on the PC when it's done... nothing. Except for Prefetch in Windows XP which everything run on that PC leaves a mark in whether portable or not.

Like what do you mean? Everything is kept inside the profile folder in the case of Firefox Portable. Is there something specific you're looking for? Why does it matter?
If you run Firefox (any version... portable or local) with your cache, cookies, history, etc disabled, it keeps no traces within it. If you're trying to figure out if it's a "private" browser, for instance, then yes, it is. You can even enable stuff as long as you set your private data settings within Tools - Options - Privacy. This is nothing specific to Firefox Portable, this is the way Firefox works.

I do encryption software, and am doing one specific for the usb/portable. I would like to interact with the portable firefox and want to make sure that there was nothing I needed to encrypt post run so that the usb is not leaving anything in the clear.
