Funny, this file isn't in the PortableApps format. Instead, I used WinRAR to make this. This file does NOT cause any harm to your PC. Anyways, this is DeSmuME 0.9.7 in Portable format. Enjoy!

DeSmuMe has already been made portable. https://portableapps.com/node/21164
Last I checked, it worked just fine using the latest DeSmuMe.
