Due to lines 211-212 of PokerTHPortable.nsi (PokerTH Portable 0.8.1), the lines 219-282 are redundant and could be deleted (maybe more). If you don't think so, then there is a bug, because Avatar 7-9 won't be adjusted. 
Automatic language switching doesn't work for czech. Either blame the PokerTH devs for using cz as locale code or add a few extra lines to the launcher (like CheckForPortuguese).
The runtime switch "XPStyle on" is missing, don't know if necessary.
On upgrade not all *.dll files from previous version(s) will be removed.
Description in Help.html isn't correct anymore (more players).
Readme.txt isn't up to date too. Informations about WaitForPokerTH could be removed since it isn't implemented.

I would suggest you change [Bugs] to [Bug] so this shows up in the bug tracker. My guess is that this increases the chances for a fix dramatically!
