What is the portable command prompt made of? I'm curious to how it was made and why it works. I'm not a programmer, so in simplist terms would be best! I'm assuming this could work at my school which has command prompt blocked, that correct?

sometime during my senior year of HS(which I graduated 3 months ago) I had command prompt portable and tried to use it at school, unfortunately C.P. portable told me the same thing the localized command prompt did, basically telling me that i had no administrative rights to use command prompt.
I'm tired of people living in their fantasy world when the clock is ticking away, and when they are unable to see reality for what it is.
Its basically just a shortcut to your local command prompt with easier customization options.

It's disappointing that it's basically a shortcut, but nice that it has your customizations. I have a script that allows for the command prompt when it's denied. I wonder if I can integrate the two...Let me know if anybody would like the script.
Can you send me the script, I really really need it
My script works for portable command prompt! Now it's just time to see if it achieves the same affect. Portable Command Prompt doesn't play nice with Console! It's ashame becasue that's the wrapper I use and it's probably the best damn thing to happen to the cmd prompt! If you know how to make it work or if you could program it to work, I'd really love it.
P.S. I read that there was some features lacking from portable command prompt and I'm hoping this doesn't interfer with my script (haven't seen any features lacking!), but other than not working with console it's a nice app!
