Hello!
I tried to change Language of GnuCash Portable-2.4.6 but no success:
1. Your manual "Setting GnuCash Portable to Use a Specific Language"
language=sl (and also sl_SI, Slovenian), but all not working
2. Installed full (nonportable) version GnuCash-2.4.6 and tried to set language to slovenian as in the manual "If you are running GnuCash 2.4.0 (or newer) on Windows, you can set the interface language by editing the file environment with a text editor (e.g. Notepad). By default this file is installed in c:\Program Files\gnucash\etc\gnucash." but also with no luck.
So I consider Language Issue an 2.4.6 version error.
Is that right? Any other user reported that elsewhere?

It would seem that Slovenian is broken in the current build. All the other languages are working as expected, but Slovenian specifically is not. The same occurs with 2.4.5. This bug should be reported to the GnuCash developers as it seems a bug in the base app.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
