Is there a portable spell checking app?
I have done a search but can only find them mentioned within existing apps.

Yep, we've got a PortableApps version of TinySpell. I've used TinySpell before and found it very impressive, particularly given its tiny size (prapper's package weighs in at just 996 KB after installation!)

The download will not work as it is an online installer that points to an outdated download, either the original developer qill need to update it or someone else
