All it needs to do is support USB Mass Storage and show up as a drive letter in Windows. Then you can run whatever you want off of it. This applies to any and all devices. No need to ask about a specific device in the future.

The BB Pearl does not run Windows so my question is will FF run on a Pearl 8100?
I'd rather use FF than the Opera browser.....thanks

Firefox doesn't run on any mobile platform at all. Not Windows Mobile. Not Palm. Not Symbian. Not Blackberry's OS.
Firefox Portable is for Windows (not Windows Mobile... which is a totally different operating system).

You can run Portable Apps programs from your digital camera or your MP3 player. All you need is for it to appear as a MSC (mass storage class device) to Windows when the USB connection is plugged in.
Can they run it on Windows Mobile?
The answer is no.

Thanks for clarifying that. Is there a version of Open Office for Mobile PC?
But what I was saying is no Portable Apps are available for Windows Mobile.
