Good favorites/category combination but why not categories only on the first page as a choice or am I missing something?

Love the updater, however I think it would be nice to have a pause button if possible. Also, will it be possible that you can select new apps this way without going to the website (nice home page btw).

Thanks for the inclusion of "run now" after install, saves my many seconds across multiple workstations.

Don't Use Favorites

You can have Categories only as your view, just unselect any apps as favorites and you'll get a single menu with just your categories. The purpose of favorites is to keep your most-used apps front and center, so it makes sense them being up front. Having them on the second page would be counter-intuitive.

We can not have a pause button in the updater at present. The download component being used doesn't have that functionality. You can select any apps you want in the app store without visiting the site.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Hi John, Upon further

Hi John,

Upon further analysis, I'd like to have favorites followed by categories on the front page, with a full alphabetical listing on the second kind of like a "crumbs" feature of websites so all the stupid (and non-pa.c apps) show on the second page only.

Cheers
