The updater cannot update itself after downloading, since the updater executable is in use.
After clicking ignore, the update continues, but a new check on updates again shows platform 2.0 pre-release 1.1.

Please see the bug page. Specifically "*Updates to the platform can get stuck due to updater stuck running in the background" and "*Check for Updates on Startup does not work and should not be used. If any updates are available, it will leave a hidden updater window stuck in the background and will block platform updates." Both will be fixed in PR2 as they are already fixed in out internal build.
