Portable Apps 2.0 PR1; Automatic update - all files rejected by virus scanner

I just updated the the PR1 version and thought I'd try the auto update feature. Each file downloaded triggered the Trend Micro virus scanner though... Not something I have seen when manually installing/upgrading apps.

This is a work machine, and is pretty well locked down. So I have no access to any logs etc etc I am afraid....

Works Fine with McAffee, Windows Security Essentials

So this seems to be either Trend or the setup at work. McAfee and WSE seem don@t quarantine the files....

With PR3 no issue

Just tried the autoupdate with PR3 and no virus warnings were triggered
