How do I import restored data?

My flash drive got corrupted and I had the files recovered by a company that specializes in that. The recovered files are all mixed due to indexing problems I guess. What folders and files do I bring over in to a fresh copy of Thunderbird Port? I need everything. Can someone give me a step by step?

I tried using copy and paste,

I tried using copy and paste, but that was only successful for one archived folder that I had. Inbox and Sent folders did not work at all.
