It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Suite. System Explorer is freeware for personal and business use.

System Explorer is packaged for portable use by Mister Group directly.

Nothing, except that I didn't get a chance to package it yet. 3.0.3 is the last one I had a chance to package, hence its release.

I'll get 3.0.4 done ASAP.
