do you know what is a software firewall, what it does and what it is for?
Or other way round, what do you want or expect such thing as software firewall to do when packed portable?
I am just asking, because you listed such things as software firewalls beside other things.

they cannot be portable because of how they work and integrate with the OS. not only do they need adim rights but they need access to OS files and computer resources in a level that prevents it from being portablised.
Also everything you posted is Commercial Freeware. they want you to use their freebie program and then subtily try and get you to upgrade to a Paid version.
if they do it for portable edition,it a very good free AD.
when you use portable edition,if have any problem ,professional user can feedback it.
(most of the portableapps.com system user is professional)
most of the version (portable edition) for portableapps.com system can use Beta editon,so most user can help you do it more better.

it is just too difficult.
The only way i could see is by having a HARDWARE firewall which means you need to be able to put it between the computer you are using and the outside connection whether it be WAN or LAN. this would only work on wired and you still would not be able to use it using public wireless or mobile broadband.
Only need software firewall!
If I can change the structure of Ashampoo Firewall Free,I could install in portableapps.com by myself.Another firewalls is also like this!

software firewall can not be portable as they simply need to be loaded before the full windows starts, they need to replace native functions in windows to be able to operate. You can not therefore run firewall after full windows did start.
Therefore firewall need to be installed and then windows restarted so the firewalls functions are started instead of the windows functions.
So no firewall will have some reasonable function when attempt is made to start it after windows is fully up.
Also antivirus can be portable only as far as on demand scanner is concerned. You can not have any real time scanner portable as this also needs to run before the full windows runs and so it will have no real function when run as portable.

i forgot that a number of firewalls regardless of the OS (windows unix mac linux) all start before the OS boots up completely. thanks for reminding me!
Made a portable version of the software firewall, the request would increase, but the improvement of technology is also helpful.
The bottom of the driver needs to find ways to solve!

but you seem not to want to understand that portable firewall can not exist, thus will not exist as it simply can no be done.
Firewalls do load during the time your w7 has those 4 color blobs moving on black screen...
If a firewall can load after windows has started, it is useless and will not have any function of a firewall.
Firewalls can not be done with one exe or so. If someone claims that he has a firewall made of one exe only then he is probably selling something which does not work anyway.
In any case, most of such software firewalls are of little use today, they do the system more complex and more vulnerable to attacks then without as they do modify the operating system very much.
There is very little use of it today , as any current windows has reasonable firewall build in already.
So please do read some texts on how firewalls do work before you demand such things.

I use a personal firewall install in portableapps.com system, but it have not upgrade ,only need to add more rules by myself.
I use more tools for security, not a firewall,a antivirus.

as stated, firewall can not be started from windows directly, you do not need to add any rules as it does not work anyway. Current windows versions will definitely prevent any such software to work with any reasonable functions.
So you can run also any dummy program instead.
The same is with real time av scanners. Real time scanners can not be run portably and can not be started after windows fully up.
Only on demand scanner works if done properly and also there will be limitations as it can not full operate in many parts of the computer system.
