I searched in sourceforge mirrors ... and nothing each link contain new 3.0 version ...
someone know valid link ?

utorrent is an online installer. that means it downloads the utorrent.exe from their page. So unless you find the older executable somewhere else, you are pretty much out of luck.

that make sense i found utorrent portable 2.2.1 on sourceforge and couple other sites but after installation i had 3.0 ;/

try the site [Removed - just because it's old versions of software doesn't make it legal to distribute it - mod Chris]
To get the older versions, you could try installing 3.0 on the flash drive and heading over to (FileHippo below) and download 2.2.1 and using UniExtract, extract that to get the exe...

The "Proper" Method, is to find the normal (non-portable) installer for µTorrent, and place it Next To the Portable installer; then it will use that to install.

Just in case anyone else ran into this problem like I did.
All you have to do actually is download the regular install file of whichever version you want (http://www.oldversion.com/windows/utorrent/). Then in the same folder as the install file create an empty text file with notepad called settings.dat. uTorrent will run portable.
