the problem: I've changed my PC hard drive and changed from Microsoft Office to Open Office and as I syncronisized iPhone contacts in MS Exchange there is my problem now: Does this exchange work in Open Office too? I think, I need some help, I'm not very expert yet. Thank you!

I do not think there is such function just straight out of the box.
The exchange part in MS office is managed by outlook in general, contacts are sub-function of it. Outlook it self is however a mail client.
Open office has not a mail client included. So it will depend on other, to it external programs handling mail and contacts etc.
There are some addon tools for Thunderbird for work with exchange, check those, dont know if they have the functionality you are looking for.
