Just download and install the portable java stuff, https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/java_portable
https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/java_portable_launcher
Then run it, let it create it's files, then download the linux version of the minecraft launcher, run it using the portable java app on a computer that allows you to go to minecraft.net, let it download and bingo you now can play minecraft anywhere, just be sure to use the java portable app other wise it tries to download locally. msg me if this is unclear
