How to update it? When i am want update, it says "firefox up to date". Please help me for this situation..

Just run the installer and install the new version right over the old one. All your data will be preserved. But making a backup copy wont hurt you either

thanks. i did installed ff7 on another directory. Then moved only my old profile folder. not any problem yet. but i have one more question. i was deleted "FirefoxPortable\App\bin\sqlite3.exe". will i any trouble?
Do not delete any files within the App subdirectory in any of our apps. There's a readme file in the App directory that says this. By deleting sqlite3.exe, for instance, you make it impossible for the launcher to properly portablize all extensions.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
