Autorun to open the PortableApps directory

This will be of interest to those running the Portable Apps Suite or anyone using a PortableApps directory off the root of their portable drive. Drop the two files in this zip (autorun.exe and autorun.inf) into the root directory and Windows will ask if you'd like to open PortableApps when you plug the drive in. When you say yes, you'll get an explorer window opened right up to the directory with your launchers.

seems good, but

The link is bad. It says "Page Not Found" when I click on it.

Can't

You can't do that in Windows for security reasons. That's why Ceedo, for instance, works the same way as this autorun does and doesn't open automatically. U3 gets around this by faking a CDROM partition so Windows will autorun it. You can do the same thing with a drive from UDRW, for instance, if you'd like. Of course, auto-run has to be enabled and more and more people are turning that off (as I recommend) to avoid having malware from the major record companies installed when you try to play a CD in your computer.

I assume you`re refering to Sony BMG
As said by someone on 3rd gen games consoles:

shift

You can hold shift when a removable device is put in and it will stop autorun temporarily.

You should put the link to the autorun launcher in the Development section.

It is indeed.

But it's really just a line:

Exec '$EXEDIR\PortableApps\'

I'm gonna do an updated version with some more options and an INI. I'll release the source with that as well.
