I know this is supposed to be a free copy of Sim-City for Linux but it's free and has plenty of features and is also available for Windows here: http://prdownload.berlios.de/lincity-ng/LinCity-NG_2_0.exe
I've played it on Windows and it's pretty good. I just want it converted to a portable app.

Please search before you ask, this app has been requested a number of times, and has been made portable a number of times.
The latest release however has been put on hold due to major bugs in the Windows release. Hopefully it will be picked up again when 2.1 is out.
