You don't

Nor should you. As an semi-official package, you should not be reporting crash data back to Mozilla from a portable setup of Firefox. In theory, you could copy a local install of FF with trackback into FFP to get Talkback.

Talkback is closed source / proprietary, which is why it's not included with Firefox Portable (which only includes open source components).

It's installed into Fx as an extension at installation, so I doubt simply copying it would work.

Dude, I already told you how. You copy a full install of Firefox (with Trackback) into FFP and you're done. It's *really* easy. But you should *NOT* be doing this. Now please let this thread die.
