The others are commercial/freeware apps, such as Ashampoo Snap 5 (in my experience, though, everything by Ashampoo is bad software and I don't recommend any of it).
And just by peeking at the homepage, I'd say about 20%-30% of that list is either an officially released portable app, or in the beta forums.
