SOFFICE.EXE and SOFFICE.BIN don't close after closing OOo

I started to wonder why I couldn't eject my USB stick.
When I checked the running processes I noticed soffice.exe and soffice.bin.
Both don't close after closing an OOo application.
Am I doing something wrong?

Bugs

There are some bugs in OO that prevent it from closing correctly in some instances. You'll have to kill it in task manager.
