I hope this isn't against Forum Guidelines, I opologise if it is.
A few weeks ago I had some free time and put together a CD of software along the lines of The Open CD, but with the aim of the applications running from the CD so that people can try them out and then allowing installation of the programs from the CD. I used the live versions of a number of John's apps to do this.
The CD includes descriptions and screenshots of each program and extras like manuals etc. All the software is Open Source except IrfanView, which I got permission from the Author to include.

Actually, since you're including proprietary apps, this would fall under the self-promotional prohibitions in the forums. You can only self-promote apps or packages with open source stuff in em.
In addition, as clearly indicated in the guidelines for Firefox Live, etc... you can't redistribute Mozilla apps in live mode at the present time. The only thing that can be redistributed is the Firefox Portable installer.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
