Portable App Directory missing some apps ?

I was trying to find Mozilla T-Bird in the app store(Manage Apps->Get more apps) but I do not see it there. It does appear under 'Internet' apps on the pa.c website.

After some looking I noticed others that were missing:

Filezilla
ToDo List
XMPlay

I don't have 'Show Only Open Source Apps' or 'Show Advanced Apps(Beta, Test, etc)' checked.

Are the above 3 apps classified wrongly?

Do you have these already installed? Remember, that the app directory only shows apps that are not installed. To update existing apps, choose check for updates.

Yes...

I didn't know that, thought it was an all inclusive list. The updates are working correctly.
