CamStudio (portable): screen annotations: default shapes

Hello!

Maybe this issue also occurs in the "normal" (non-portable) version.
In CamStudio the libraries for screen annotations are empty. By default there should be loaded the library "default.shapes" (located in CamStudioPortable\App\CamStudio).

It's a bug

I'm working on a fix right now.

EDIT: Problem solved. I've just emailed John the fixed version of CamStudio Portable. Thanks for the heads up.
