Lump of Coal (Portable) is packaged in a PortableApps.com Installer (external format) so it will automatically detect an existing PortableApps.com installation when your drive is plugged in. It supports upgrades by automatically igniting when put into an already-lit fire, preserving the flame. And it's in PortableApps.com Format (external accessories variant), so it automatically works with most of the PortableApps.com Platform (in the current release, backup support is missing; once you burn it it's gone).

Explanation (or "Why is this released and how do I download it?"
It's Western tradition for bad little girls and boys to get a lump of coal in their Christmas stocking instead of the usual presents. It's never really done (as it is considered cruel) but it's always jokingly referenced by parents as a threat when they misbehave around this time of year. Chris Morgan came up with the idea for Lump of Coal Portable 1.0 as a funny happy holidays message last year, so I thought I would continue it.

I was hoping to get this for Christmas! I plan to use this, alongside last years 1.0 version, with my new Char-grill 2012 Spring Edition Portable Grill. (I was able to obtain a pre-release version of the grill for testing.) Can't wait to see how well the steaks cook.
