Menu crashes when changing user picture

This has been happening since 2.0 Beta 7 at the earliest, but I figured it would have been picked up in testing, so that's why I didn't report it before now. Anyway, when changing or removing the user icon, the menu starts causing access violations with every action and often crashes completely. I can reproduce this faithfully, every single time. Must be a buffer overflow somewhere or something.

Menu is the latest, 10.0.1, OS is Windows 7 SP1, 64-bit. This has happened to me on all the computers I've used so far, and a clean install of PA.c (already tried that several times) doesn't solve it.
