More about the virus: http://securityresponse.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid...
Please check Skype Portable if there is really an virus in it.
And please update this topic with the results.

Before reporting potential infections please do the following:
Submit the file to VirusTotal. More than likely it will be reported as a false positive, in which case you should report it to Norton.
If it is not a false positive, run a virus scan on your own system and USB drive.
If your system/drive is not otherwise infected, then report it here.
Hello,
I analyzed the file by VirusTotal today (clicked to analyze it again).
One of 43 antivirus providers found an infection:
Provider: SUPERAntiSpyware
Infection: Trojan.Agent/Gen-Krpytik
All others (also including Norton) tell me the file is clean.
The file was found by Norton while doing an background scan of the file.
It was found on the backup folder of my portable apps (I backup the content of my USB stick every day to an HDD).
When I manually scan my USB stick and my backup drive, then no viruses are found.
I can not tell if Norton updated the signatures of if this was a temporal problem.
Aniway, this problem is solved, there seems to be no virus in Skype.
