I can run Minecraft off my flashdrive if I run it from a batch file instead of the executable. But I can't get the batch file to show on the Portable menu, only the exe. Is there a way to edit the menu's path or a mini exe that will trigger my batch file?

or you can convert your Batch file into an EXE file
There should be a few (free) Bat to EXE converters around.
The one I've used is this one

The EXE files I'm made with that program seem to work fine with the PA menu.
ps: In one case I made an EXE file that launched a Bat file, because I modify the Bat file every so often and don't feel like making a new EXE file --> crazy/lazy me
