While installing "SkypePortable_5.8.0.154_online.paf", I've getting message "The installer was unable to download Skzpe. ... (ERROR: SendRequest Error)"
Why it happends ? I'm not behind proxy, all other installation of Portable Apps works.

You need to be able to download from skype.com. The installer downloads Skype as the install proceeds.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Hm, problem may be in fact, that I don't live in England or US and Skype.com automaticaly switch to its localized version, in my case to http://www.skype.com/intl/cs/home . It's independend on setting of preferable languages, probably it works on IP-address basis. Could you change installer's request it use fixed 'english' address ?
